Levain Film Development is based in Northern Sweden and is a newly formed company We are a company that actively seeks European co-production. Our ethos is to work closely with named principals who can attract the greater funding and interest for each project.
The company puts great emphasis on script development / scriptwriting and project development and has an aim to grow both in management and creative personnel by forming partnerships with European producers.
We have a slate of projects currently in development both in film and television.
The emphasis is to create a strong script and a developed idea prior to attaching directors and main production companies.
The company is currently taking part in the Film Arch project 2009-2011, http://www.filmarc.net strategic company development Master Classes with the aim to co-produce/development between Northern Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Concentrating on Lifestyle and food programming for the English speaking markets. Our mission is to change the view of food programming. Everyone knows how to chop an onion, but few know how to do it without crying.

With a large network of freelance film workers in northern Scandinavia we can offer the following services. Locations scouting. Location catering. Script writing. Script editing. Translation.
